		<description>Huh, it seems the State of Illinois doesn&#039;t care. A man from Illinois was arrested and banned from the internet. Not only was he banned from the internet, the local police informed him that if he uses his federally licensed radio station at all he would be arrested. So not only is banned from the interent, but he&#039;s also banned rom using his ham radio...so much for america being  a so-called &quot;free speech&quot; country
